Do you worry about your weight constantly but can’t seem to lose it no matter what diet you try? Do you feel overwhelmed around 4pm in the afternoon and turn to food to quell your feelings until the evening? Do you notice that you turn to food around stressful situations like family visits? Do you lose weight when you’re in love in the beginning of a romance? Do you gain weight during tough times in relationships?

If any of these questions resonated with you, the issue might not be about food or willpower at all!

You’re likely a clairsentient who has had to use food to ground yourself because you’re on empathy overloaded with other people’s emotions. As someone who feels “too much,” diets, exercise, and swallowing your feelings aren’t the answer. You must learn to recognize who YOU are! Then you can stop the cycle and gain back your body and get right sized!

You don’t need to be overweight to take this class as the weight we’re addressing is the weight of the world that you don’t know how to manage. Some people gain weight but not all people who feel too much have excess body weight—you may have excess emotional weight that is invisible! If you identify as a person who feels too much it doesn’t matter what your symptoms of overwhelm are, you can join in too!

In this fun and interactive on demand course, renowned intuitive counselor Colette Baron-Reid leads you through her groundbreaking Weight Loss for People Who Feel Too Much paradigm. Over five insightful lessons, she shows you how to overcome emotional overload so you can finally get grounded, lose weight, and get back in the drivers seat!

Here’s a special message from Colette:

In the 22 years of my practice as an intuitive counselor and psychic I have found that clairsentients, or as I like to say “ People who feel too much” have a distinct relationship to food and weight–you can gain or lose weight in the strangest ways while others can diet or not diet and eat with impunity.

I’m speaking from experience too (one would hope the teacher has first hand knowledge of what she teaches)! When my mother died, I gained 70 pounds in 3 months and I couldn’t possibly have eaten enough to do so! Almost overnight I ballooned up to 219 pounds and kept on going another 15 pounds! While I had a binge or two of some ice cream and cookies, it wasn’t enough to physically change the scale that much. Yet, it was plenty enough metaphysically!

My personal experience with feeling the world at such a deep level impacted me even when I was young, and I became bulimic at 14. My relationship to food has always been about emotions rather than nutrition.

Over the years I tried everything from dieting to overeaters anonymous, but it was only when I linked clairsentience, or “feeling too much” with food and weight that I was able to drop the extra pounds, stop dieting, and find peace with this. That said, it’s not perfect and clairsentience doesn’t go away.

It is manageable however and this is what I can provide for you: a mind/body/spirit program that is metaphysical in nature that I know without a doubt works. This is not a diet. A food plan is suggested, but our focus is on the metaphysical dynamic of body armor/ protection, emotional overload, and self-awareness. If you follow this plan, you will see results. I lost 85 pounds and have pretty much kept it off for years now, and although I am not size “0” at a healthy size 8-10 I feel good about myself and happy that I know what not to do when my empathy overload triggers my body to protect me. I have a plan that works if you work it and it’s my hope that you too will find the peace I have found around the challenges of the “gift” of clairsentience and weight issues.

In love and service,
Colette Baron-Reid

Do you wonder if you’re clairsentient? Here’s a questionnaire to find out!

This program is perfect for you if you fit these criteria and if you answer more than 5 of these 12 questions as a yes!

1. You feel overwhelmed by your emotions around certain people, and don’t always know if your emotions belong to you. (Y) (N)
2. You feel disconnected and disoriented by strong emotions during family encounters, and turn to food to calm down. (Y) (N)
3. You turn to food as comfort, reward, to calm yourself or to escape your feelings from 4pm on. (Y) (N)
4. When you feel emotionally unsafe, food is temporarily calming and makes you feel grounded and secure if only for a few seconds. (Y) (N)
5. Rather than face a social opportunity there are times you stay home and eat ‘comfort’ foods that may be a combination of sugar, flour, and dairy or processed foods like chips, cookies etc. (Y) (N)
6. Sometimes you can’t stop eating these foods and mentally bargain with yourself that you will start again on Monday (or tomorrow etc) (Y) (N)
7. You can gain weight without eating extra food during stressful times. (Y) (N)
8. Fear and excess food go together. (Y) (N)
9. You gain weight as soon as you think about dieting. (Y) (N)
10. You feel afraid that you won’t ever get your food under control. (Y) (N)
11. You feel powerless when you’re in an emotional eating phase and powerful when you think you’ve got it handled. (Y) (N)
12. Your love/sex life has suffered because of your relationship to food. (Y) (N)

If you identify with these statements, you’re likely gifted with clairsentience. An intuitive faculty that enables you to sense the emotional temperature of your environment, clairsentience allows you to be empathetic and opens you up to feel others’ feelings as well as your own.

You can just be born this way, but you can also develop this intuitive sense as a means of self-protection due to difficult experiences in childhood such as mental, physical, emotional abuse, trauma, alcoholism, or parental abandonment.

In addition to five weekly lesson downloads, this course includes guided meditations and handouts on a community forum to help keep you on track.
