Sir Ken Robinson, Ph.D.
Sir Ken Robinson, Ph.D., author of The Element, Finding Your Element, and Out of Our Minds, is an internationally recognized leader in education and the development of creativity, innovation, and human potential. Listed by Fast Company as “one of the world’s elite thinkers on creativity and innovation” and ranked among the Thinkers50 of the world’s top business thought leaders, he has worked with governments in Europe and Asia, international agencies, Fortune 500 companies, national and state education systems, and some of the world’s leading nonprofit and cultural organizations. For 12 years, he was professor of education at the University of Warwick in the U.K. and is now professor emeritus. His famous 2006 talk to the prestigious TED conference is the most-watched in TED history and has been seen by an estimated 300 million people in more than 150 countries. Born in the U.K., he lives in Los Angeles, California, with his wife, Lady (Therese) Robinson, a writer and novelist.
