Product Delivery Within Australia
Hay House Australia estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow 10 working days for delivery. For domestic orders less than $200.00, the shipping costs are based upon the order total (please see chart above).
We deliver by Australia Post eParcel and your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if it’s more convenient than a home address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it must be collected from your nearest post office within 7 days. We also deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additional charges will apply for re-direction or re-shipping.
For domestic orders over $200.00, the shipping costs are weight-based upon our zone/rates tables. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. We will provide an estimate of the rate after we receive your order, and verify your approval by e-mail. Note: the shipping cost will not be included in your online transaction. Also, it will show up as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.
International Product Delivery
For customers outside Australia, International Air Mail will be used for shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. All international shipping costs are based upon a percentage of the order total in Australian dollars. For international orders the minimum order is $20.00. All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
Event Tickets
Postage fees DO NOT apply for Hay House event tickets. We deliver by Registered Post or International Air Mail and your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if it’s more convenient than a home address. If no one is available to sign for the envelope it must be collected from your nearest post office within 7 days. We also deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additional charges will apply for re-direction or re-shipping.
Hay House Holidays
Our warehouse is closed on public holidays and during our annual inventory. Please note that no orders will be processed or shipped on the days listed below. Be certain to review these dates closely when placing your order.
