    All goods and services supplied through this Site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

    * For orders over $200 AUD, shipping charges will be estimated (with a flat rate) and you will be contacted to pay the actual shipping charges once your order ships.

    Product Delivery Within Australia

    Hay House Australia estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery. For domestic orders less than $200.00, the shipping costs are based upon the order total (please see chart above).

    We deliver by Australia Post eParcel and your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address if it’s more convenient than a home address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it must be collected from your nearest post office within 7 days.

    International Product Delivery

    For customers outside Australia, International Air Mail will be used for shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

    Customs

    Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates. Additionally, when ordering from Hay House Australia, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
