When placing an item on backorder, please allow up to
3-4 weeks for delivery. If your order included shippable items, you will
receive the shippable items in our normal turnaround time and your invoice
will indicate which item(s) were placed on backorder. The backordered items
will ship as soon as they become available.
If you would like to check the status of your order please refer to the
Order Number on your Order Summary printout. There are three ways to check
on the status of your order:
1. Click here to e-mail your inquiry. Please include
your Full Name, Address, E-mail address, Phone number, and Order Confirmation
Number.
2. Call Customer Service on +61 (2) 9669 4299, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please have
your Order Confirmation Number ready.
3. Fax your request to +61 (2) 9669 4144. Please include your Full Name, Address,
E-mail address, Phone number, and Order Confirmation Number. |
